Event Schedule – Dead Sea Marathon 2026

We highly recommend keeping up to date on Instagram and Facebook for any new information and updates from the field during the race

Navigation point: Ein Bokek, Dead Sea | Link to Waze

Parking and Shuttles.

  • Important reminder: Parking is scattered throughout the entire Ein Bokek hotel corridor (north + south). Please follow the stewards’ instructions.
  • Shuttles will run every 5-15 minutes and will pick you up from the hotel corridor to the start area from the marked bus stops starting at 5:00 AM.
  • The shuttles to the start point will operate between the Petra Mall in the north of Ein Bokek and the Leonardo Club Hotel in the south.
  • Board the shuttles from the marked stops only. Please follow the stewards’ instructions!
  • Shuttle stations: Leonardo, Separate Beach, Herods, Nahal Zohar, Nahal Zohar North, ⁠Lot, Petra Mall, from the marathon complex and back.
  • From the nearest parking lots (between the Dead Sea Mall and the Nevo Hotel), there is no need for transportation, the start area is close to them and you must proceed south from them according to the signs on the side of the road.
  • We recommend arriving at the Ein Bokek area about two hours before your departure time.

 

Thursday 5/2

  • Collection of Ein Bokek kits from the race site
    EXPO opening – a diverse and well-invested shopping complex of the world’s leading brands

17:00

  • Shakout run with Salomon on the Ein Bokek promenade, departure from the Salomon store at the Expo

 

Friday 6/2 – Race Day

5:00

  • Expo opening for the arriving audience
    Collection of Ein Bokek kits
    Shuttles and marshals along Ein Bokek (south + north) who will take you to the race site

6:15 – 42.2 km + 50 km start

6:45 – 21.1 km + 15 km start

7:15 – 10A km Start

9:15 – 10B km Start

11:15 – 5 km start

10:00 – Winners’ first ceremony for the general winners at the finish area (there may be delays depending on the progress of the runners)

12:00 – Winners’ first ceremony for the general winners at the finish area (there may be delays depending on the progress of the runners)
