Early Race Kit Pickup

This year, race kits will be distributed at Pavilion 21 at Tel Aviv Port, adjacent to the Salomon store 🏃‍♂️

Pickup dates are January 29–31, 2026 📆

  • Thursday, 29/1 – 16:00 -21:00

  • Friday, 30/1 – 09:00 -14:00

  • Saturday, 31/1 – 09:00 -14:00

[Waze link to the pickup location] – Parking is available at Tel Aviv Port (paid parking).

Who Can Collect a Race Kit

All participants who received an email or SMS with a bib number are eligible to collect their race kit.

To collect a kit, you must arrive with your STARTPASS registration confirmation, which you will receive via email/SMS, and which must include the following:

  • Bib number

  • Valid ID

  • Approval of the attorney if collecting on behalf of another participant

Collecting a Kit for Another Participant

Participants who wish to authorize another person to collect their kit must provide their printed STARTPASS confirmation.

Group Pickup

Groups wishing to collect kits for the entire group must complete the [Excel form] and send it to us in advance so we can prepare the kits ahead of time.

Please ensure all details are filled in, especially the bib number. After completing the form, sort it by bib numbers.

The completed file should be sent to Customer Service at: marathon@forumpro.co.il.

Group pickup (for more than 5 participants) will not be permitted without prior coordination.

Race Kit Distribution in Ein Bokek

  • Thursday, 5/2 – 16:00–21:00

    Race kit distribution at the race compound in Ein Bokek, alongside a large expo and family-friendly activities.

  • Friday, 6/2 – 05:00–09:30

    Limited race kit distribution for exceptional cases only. Participants must arrive at the compound approximately two hours before their race start.

Please note: Race kits cannot be shipped.
