{"id":5239,"date":"2023-01-28T00:31:44","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T22:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deadsea.run\/?page_id=5239"},"modified":"2025-09-21T15:13:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-21T12:13:07","slug":"policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/deadsea.run\/en\/info\/policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cancellation policy subject to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 &#8220;Transaction Cancellation&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Service\/participation cancellation request will be submitted in writing, by email to <strong><a href=\"mailto:marathon@forumpro.co.il\">marathon@forumpro.co.il<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cancellation made within 14 days of registration will be subject to 10nis handling and clearing fees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Cancellation made 14 days after the date of registration or later will be refunded as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Cancellation requests received by November 14, 2025 &#8211; <strong>15nis handling and clearing fees<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">Cancellation requests received by December 31, 2025 &#8211; <strong>60% refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">Cancellation requests received by January 19, 2026 &#8211; <strong>40% refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">Cancellations requests submitted after January 20, 2026 even when received less than 14 days from registration date will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>Registration Update or Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">Requests for race change can be submitted by January 10, 2026 subject to 50 nis handling fee. No requests will be considered after this date.
